Site: Actuator manufacturing line in Indonesia is part of PT Cameron Systems (Surface) facility and is located in close proximity to major port, Batu Ampar. It is about 45 minutes ferry ride from Singapore.

Major equipment recently added by Flow Control in 2009 including installation of new turn-mill machine (e-650), TIG twin arc cladding machine, double bogeys furnace, and actuator test cell.

The Longford facility has been set up as a world-class facility for subsea chokes and actuators. This facility is also the primary supplier of surface chokes for the Eastern Hemisphere and the Asia-Pacific/Middle-East sales region and supplies gate valve actuators to the Eastern Hemisphere. Additionally, Longford is the global home of the Flow Control New Product Development Department.

Site: The Longford facility was opened in 1978 and occupies a 5.5 acre site. Over the last eight years, the facility has expanded twice, installed the latest machine tool technology, and upgraded all production areas and office accommodations.

The Houston facility has been set up as a world-class facility for engineering and construction of Choke and Kill Manifolds, Standpipe Manifolds, Cement Manifolds both new build and re-certification. The facility also specializes in the repair and re-certification of Cameron Gate Valves, drilling chokes, choke panels. In addition, the plant has capability to manufacture various API high pressure fittings and hardware typically used in the Drilling sector.
