John D. Carne
Executive Vice President, President Drilling & Production Systems
John D. Carne was named President of Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group in January, 2007. Carne has also served as Executive Vice President of Cameron since April 2010.
Carne joined Cameron’s Compression Systems business in 1971 and subsequently held positions as systems designer; manager, Technical Services; area manager, Aftermarket Services; regional manager, Far East; and director of operations, U.K. and Norway. In 1996 he became manager of the Subsea Systems division’s manufacturing facility in Leeds, England and was named operations director, Eastern Hemisphere for the Drilling & Production Systems group in 1999. In April, 2002, Carne became president of Cameron’s Valves & Measurement group and a vice president of the corporation.

Glenn J. Chiasson
President, Drilling Systems
Glenn Chiasson is President of the Drilling Systems division of Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in March 2010, and previously held the position of Vice President of Technology for the Subsea Systems division.
Chiasson joined Cameron in 1985 in Ville Platte, LA, and subsequently held numerous management positions, both domestic and international. He has served as Vice President of Quality and Reliability for Drilling & Production Systems group and Vice President Operations and Engineering for the Drilling Systems division.
Chiasson holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and is a registered Professional Engineer. |

Kevin Fleming
Vice President, Human Resources
Kevin Fleming is Vice President of Human Resources for the Drilling and Production Systems group, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in March 2008.
Previously, he held the positions of Vice President, Human Resources of Valves & Measurement group, Director of International Human Resources for Cameron and Vice President, Human Resources for Cameron’s Subsea Systems division based in London.
Prior to joining Cameron, Kevin had over fifteen years experience working in the Consumer Goods Industry, working in various human resource roles in manufacturing in the UK and International markets. |

Gary Halverson
President, Surface Systems
Gary Halverson was named President of Surface Systems in October, 2005. Gary joined Cameron in 1978 and has held numerous management positions throughout his 32 year career in the U.S. and overseas.
He has served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Asia Pacific Middle East based in Singapore, General Manager of Latin America, Vice President and General Manager for the Western Hemisphere based in Houston.
Gary is a graduate of Odessa College. He serves on the board of directors of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA), general committee of special programs (GCSP) American Petroleum Institute (API), U.S. delegate to the World Petroleum Congress (WPC).

Les Hiller
President, Process Systems
Les Hiller is President of the Process Systems division of Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group. He joined Cameron in February 2004, was named President of the Petreco division in September 2006, and was named to his current position in November 2009.
Hiller was previously Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere of the Petreco division and subsequently held positions as Vice President Operations, Western Hemisphere of Petreco International, Inc., a joint venture between Sequel Holdings, Inc. and Baker Hughes, Inc. after having worked twenty-seven years at the Petreco division of Petrolite Corporation. Hiller was General Manager of that company when it was acquired by Baker Hughes in 1997.
Hiller holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He serves on the board of directors of the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.

Stuart C. Nelson
President, Flow Control
Stuart C. Nelson was named President of Cameron’s Flow Control Division in March, 2010. Nelson joined Cameron in 1983 and has held numerous management positions throughout his 27 years in the U.S. and overseas.
He has served in Sales and Marketing management positions across international locations, including Director, Sales and Marketing Asia Pacific Middle East; General Manager Latin America; Vice President, Sales and Marketing EACR; and Vice President, Sales and Marketing Americas.
Nelson holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas. He serves on the board of directors and chairs the development board of the Center for Hearing and Speech, is a member of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA), and Trinity Episcopal Church. |

Owen A. Serjeant
President, Subsea Systems
Owen A. Serjeant is President of the Subsea Systems division located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in March 2010.
Previously, Serjeant held the position of Vice President, Projects and Operations with the Subsea Systems division of Drilling & Production Systems group. He has been with Cameron since 1981, both domestic and international, and has held various management positions in operations and engineering with Compression Division’s Aftermarket Group based in the UK, TurboMachinery group and the Cameron Division.
Serjeant holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University and an MBA from Henley Management College, both in the UK. |

R.A. (Rick) Steans
Vice President, Finance
Rick Steans is Vice President, Finance for the Drilling and Production Systems group, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in April 2008.
Steans has been with Cameron since 1990. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for the Valves and Measurement group. Prior to joining Cameron, he held various positions in accounting and finance with Cooper Industries, LTV Corporation and Ford Motor Company.
Steans holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business, both from the University of Florida. |

Ed Will
Vice President, Marketing Edward E. Will is Vice President, Marketing for the Drilling and Production Systems division of Cameron and was named to his current position in April 2001. Will was previously Vice President, Surface and Subsea Business and also served as Vice President, Business Development.
Will came from Weatherford Enterra where he directed corporate acquisition and business development activities. He previously served as President of the international division of the Western Company of North America and Vice President for several divisions of NL Industries/Baroid Corporation, including its former Shaffer pressure controls equipment division and ACME rental equipment division.
Will holds an M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School. |
