Global Rotational Development Program

Get the experience, exposure and expertise to succeed fast as you build on your technical skills through our Global Rotational Development Program. Each day, you’ll learn and grow with seasoned professionals. After four rotations, most participants move directly into full-time Six Sigma Black Belt roles to help take on the most important challenges.

You’ll gain experience from:

  • Four 6-month assignments
  • Exposure across two different divisions
  • Working within three of four functional areas: Manufacturing, Materials Management, Quality Assurance and Plant Supervision

After completion, successful GDRP graduates are expected to move into permanent positions that utilize their individual strengths. These permanent assignments are based on the demonstrated abilities of each GDRP graduate to assume greater responsibility. In other words, what you get is what you earn.

GDRP graduates can find themselves in very important roles:

  • Sourcing Specialist
  • Materials Management
  • Production Control
  • Production Planning
  • Supply Chain Management
  • HS&E
  • Quality
  • Manufacturing Engineering

Sales & Marketing “On The Job” Training Program

Our Sales and Marketing OTJ Training Program gives you hands-on experience and a chance to develop your skills over a variety of business channels. With three stages over approximately 3-5 years*, you’ll have an opportunity to experience the excellence in you as you learn, grow and develop right on the job. Upon completion of the rotational assignments, graduates of the program are placed into positions that utilize their expertise, training and skill level.

The three steps of the Sales & Marketing Training Program are:

  1. Exposure – for approximately* 4-6 months, you’ll be hands-on with our products
  2. Experience – for approximately* 1½ - 2 years, you’ll gain knowledge and skill in field work
  3. Expertise – for approximately* 1-2 years, you’ll work with our sales and sales support team

*Assignment durations are dependent upon the knowledge and effort of the trainee, as well as promotional position availability.

Global Operations Leadership Development Program

In our Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) program, GOLD Associates participate in high-level projects and train in Six Sigma methodologies, along with others such as SAP, as needed by the specific assignment. This combination of executive and management exposure coupled with Six Sigma knowledge provides a breadth of experience much greater than most traditional career paths for new MBA graduates.

At the end of the program, successful GOLD Associates are expected to move into permanent positions that utilize their individual strengths. These permanent assignments are based on the demonstrated abilities of GOLD Associates to assume greater responsibility. In other words, your career is under your control.

We build on the existing technical skills of participants by exposing them to experienced business and technical professionals. These four six-month assignments span business and technical roles within the Corporate IT organization of a Fortune 500 company such as:

  • Supply Chain
  • Engineering
  • Finance
  • Web/SAP Development
  • HR
  • Infrastructure
  • Marketing
  • Acquisitions & Deployments
