I began as a Design Engineer with a lot of ambition. I took that drive and paired it with Cameron’s many developmental tools. I also explored new and exciting options through their training and management programs. Over the years, I found myself advancing my career significantly as a Project Manager and a General Manager. Now as a Proposals Manager, I am continuing to represent the company. It feels great to deliver quality products and services to our customers. It gives me a tremendous sense of pride when I can get a job done and see the appreciation in my peers and customers.

I’m also proud to work for such an impactful company. Each day, Cameron is responsible for helping to protect the environment, while keeping life on the move through energy. Our R&D team is always innovating, designing and manufacturing to meet our customers’ needs. In 2006, we introduced an all-electric subea DC tree/AET. This allowed for a hydraulic-free system that released no pollution into the sea. We were the first in the industry to introduce such an innovative, GREEN system.

Cameron is an excellent company. I’ve seen myself grow in my career and in my skills. Being part of a global company is also beneficial. I’ve had lots of international exposure. It’s an eye-opening experience, both personally and professionally, to see other cultures around the world. At Cameron, you’re always learning and growing, and if you have the ambition, you can accomplish anything. My next goal is to become a Director or VP, and maybe one day - the President of the company. I believe it’s possible here. Cameron gives you the opportunity if you work hard at it.
